Jake Dalbec, D.C., CCSP®, CKTP®, EMT
Founder / Owner / Chiropractor, DC
Dr. Jake Dalbec is a chiropractor with a strong passion for sports and the outdoors, having grown up in Minnesota enjoying activities like hunting, fishing, and skiing.
He earned a B.S. in biology from the University of Minnesota – Duluth, where he also met his wife and was active in campus life.
Dr. Jake received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University and has been practicing since 2009, earning additional certifications in sports chiropractic and acupuncture.
His sports medicine experience includes working with numerous high-profile athletic events and teams.
Recognized for his excellence, he has received the Minnesota Best Chiropractors award annually since 2016 and currently serves as Treasurer on the Minnesota Chiropractic Association Board.

Zach Harbaugh, D.C., MS, LAT, ATC
Chiropractor, DC
Dr. Zach Harbaugh, originally from Chicago’s suburbs, is a chiropractor and board-certified athletic trainer specializing in sports medicine, injury recovery, and performance optimization.
He earned a bachelor’s in Athletic Training, a master’s in Nutrition and Exercise Science, and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree with a sports and rehab focus.
Dr. Zach has gained extensive experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries in both collegiate and acute orthopedic urgent care settings. His approach incorporates a range of soft tissue techniques to improve tissue quality, reduce pain, and optimize function. At Ascend Sport and Spine, he provides evidence-based, function-first chiropractic care designed to help patients move and feel their best.
Outside work, he enjoys time with his family, is a Star Wars fan, and loves strategy board games.

Lewis Holm, D.C., LAc
Chiropractor and Acupuncturist
Dr. Lewis Holm is a licensed Chiropractor and Acupuncturist with over 37 years of experience. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1988 from Western States Chiropractic College in Oregon.
In 1999, he became a Diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic Internists after completing advanced studies in internal disorder diagnosis and treatment. He also completed Certified Rehab Training Levels I, II, and III through the American Chiropractic Association.
In 2001, Dr. Holm earned his acupuncture license and was awarded Diplomate status by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).
He is currently licensed to practice acupuncture under the Minnesota Medical Board. In 2004, he received certification for Advanced Practice of Chiropractic Medicine, following studies at Graduate Hospital in Philadelphia, provided by the National University of Health Sciences. Dr. Holm has worked in both medical clinics and his own private practice and is now transitioning to a more limited schedule.
